Leta’s Update: Behind the Scenes and Taking a Break

Hello everyone! This is the first post I’m writing on this blog after the major switch I made to WordPress! I don’t need to go into too much detail, but I will say that being hosted by WordPress suits my blog’s needs infinitely more than Squarespace did and that is what’s important.

I meant to have a bunch more reviews ready to go up in the last half of this month. Unfortunately, that was ambitious. There are so many things going on this month and I’m helping get things ready for my sister’s bridal shower and wedding so the time just isn’t there to dedicate to everything I want. So, I wanted to make this post to say that I’m taking a short break.

This break isn’t going to be long. I’ll be back the week of September 5th sometime with more reviews and hopefully more content over on Instagram (@litandleta). By allowing myself this break to get ahead, get things done, and then give all my focus to my sister, I’m going to keep myself from burning out. I hear lots of content creators talk about how worried they were to take breaks when they were starting and almost all of them wish they had done things differently. So, I’m going to try and do things differently.

In the meantime, feel free to look around this new site and check out my recent posts. I imported all the posts from Squarespace over so the same content is here (and using the same categories and tags). I can’t wait to get my posts up and running, with so many more tools at my disposal!
