Welcome to August! I’m optimistic for this month, for both reading and writing. Since I’m late writing this post and getting it up, I’ll just jump into it.

– Aristotle and Dante Dive into the Waters of the World by Benjamin Alire Sáenz (NG ARC)

– The Wrong Family by Tarryn Fisher
– Siege and Storm by Leigh Bardugo

I can’t pick a most anticipated for this month since I really want to read all of them so badly. I’m reading the third book for The Ormsby Review this month, Radium Girl, and the rest of the books on my NetGalley list. I’m so excited.
Writing Goals:
I’m going to take notes on the final two beats, then plan out the last five in detail for my novel. If I can accomplish that, I’ll be happy. I’ve been finding it difficult to work on my novel with the blog and writing “The Chemistry of Yolks” as well.
I’m going to plan out and write the first draft of “The Chemistry of Yolks” by the end of the month. There will be a post about that soon.
I think that’s everything. I’m hoping to keep August simple and attainable for now. Hopefully that makes it easier to not only achieve these goals, but to overcome them. Thank you for tuning in! I’ll see you again soon with more fun content!
