This month has been difficult for me. I took most of the month off from working on the blog and posting on social media. I continued reading, though I didn’t get as many books read as I wanted to. Without further ado, here is the small list of books that I read this month, in order.
– You Are Here by Jennifer E. Smith
– A Court of Frost and Starlight by Sarah J. Maas (reread)
– A Court of Silver Flames by Sarah J. Maas
– Sky in the Deep by Adrienne Young
– The Coldest Girl in Coldtown by Holly Black
– Cozy Case Files, A Cozy Mystery Sampler, Vol 11 by Multiple Authors (eBook)
Reading six books is still pretty good for the month, but I had wanted to read nine. Now that I’ve taken a break, I’m ready to launch myself back into things in a more mindful way. Outlining my thoughts about how I’m going to do things here only makes me feel like I’ve failed when I don’t do them, so I won’t. Instead, I’ll tell you I’m being careful, taking care of myself, and doing what I love and what I need.
If you are looking for more reading updates, follow me on Goodreads! Link at the bottom of the page. If you want more content about me and my books, head on over to TikTok and follow me at @litandleta. I’m going to be posting more on there than on Instagram, so if you are looking for more about Lit&Leta, that’s where I’ll be!
A brief note about my writing: I’ve been taking notes on the half that I have written, and it’s going pretty well. I’m going to plan and write more in April, but I’m realizing more and more that I need to rewrite what I already have first. Every step of the writing process is much harder than I expected, and I’m loving the challenge of it. Even though it sucks.
Thank you for reading my wrap-up for the month of March! Tune in tomorrow for April’s TBR to hear what books I plan to read this next month!
